Another Blender asset, this time a Howard Miller grandfather clock. With this asset, I used Substance Painter alongside procedural materials created in Designer. Wood and brass base textures were taken from Quixel Megascans and then retooled into procedural materials with parameters and applied.
Uses 1x4k and 1x2k textures, 4k for body and 2k for face, doors and interior. 60K triangles as I was pushing for a little more next gen, most of that being cylinders and the face of the clock itself which is reinforced with decimated geometry
Rendered in Marmoset
The project was a bit of a challenge and helped me fine-tune workflows with the previous asset.
Let me know any thoughts!
